Please take note that Ron Johnson's cuisine, service, style and equipment are not truly conducive to being a caterer or executing genuine catering events as he prefers live, 'a la minute' cooking. Depending on the logistics, the size and type of function he would take the request into consideration.
There are other services provided and he can also suit unique requests, granted it is legal, moral and safe. If he is unable to accommodate, he will gladly refer you to other reputable chefs that will gladly assist. Please contact Savory Art for more information.
How does the service work?
He will speak with you to acquire details of your event, listen to your menu choices and ideas as well as make suggestions. After conveying such intricacies such as: menu, number of people, date, time and location, he would provide you with a formal contract for signing and collect a 50% deposit. Five days prior to the event, the final number of guests must be confirmed. The remaining payment is required on the day of the event before service can commence.
